The six players who have been nominated have been revealed and fans can now vote for the players they think deserve some fresh and improved stats. Once the result is out, the player who receives the most votes will have their picture taken with both the Premier League PotM trophy, and a real-life version of their new card - something that Harry Kane has become very used to doing.
The six nominations of FIFA 18 Player of the Month are: Sergio Aguero, Kevin De Bruyne, Christian Eriksen, Eden Hazard, Jan Vertonghen, and Callum Wilson.
It may be a little odd that the Bournemouth striker is out here, as the other five have already had very high rated cards in Ultimate Team.
Eden Hazard has the highest ratings with 90 overall, while both Manchester City men Aguero and De Bruyne have 89 rated cards. Christian Eriksen is rated at 87, while Jan Vertonghen is 85 rated.
In contrast, Callum Wilson is rated at just 75 overall, although his 90 pace can not be underestimated. Wilson will certainly benefit the most from the PotM upgrade though. Each of the players has their own video, showing their case for why they should be winning the award.
You can see Aguero's hat trick against Newcastle, Kevin De Bruyne's superb goal scoring and assisting form, Eriksen's fast paced goal against Manchester United, Hazard's amazing individual goals, Vertonghen's goal saving tackles, and Wilson's speed and finishing skill.
The previous winners this season include Harry Kane, Mohamed Salah, Leroy Sane, and Sadio Mane.
